If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund by emailing support@webcrawlerapi.com within 30 days of the charge. This policy applies to both subscription plans and one-time credit purchases.
If you request a refund for a subscription charge, we will issue a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your current billing period. The subscription will be cancelled upon processing the refund and your account will revert to the free tier immediately.
If you request a refund for a one-time credit top-up, we will refund the value of unused credits at the time of the request. Credits that have already been consumed are not eligible for refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transfer, typically 3–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
