Refund Policy

1. Overview

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund by emailing support@webcrawlerapi.com within 30 days of the charge. This policy applies to both subscription plans and one-time credit purchases.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you request a refund for a subscription charge, we will issue a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your current billing period. The subscription will be cancelled upon processing the refund and your account will revert to the free tier immediately.

  • Refunds apply to unused days remaining in the current billing period only.
  • No refund is issued for previous billing periods.
  • Annual subscriptions are refunded pro-rata based on the number of full months remaining.

3. One-Time Credit Purchases

If you request a refund for a one-time credit top-up, we will refund the value of unused credits at the time of the request. Credits that have already been consumed are not eligible for refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transfer, typically 3–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • The request is related to usage that caused damage, security incidents, or interference with our systems or third-party services.
  • You have abused trial credits, promotional credits, or created multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
  • The 30-day request window has passed.
