Webcrawler Agent on Pay as you go

Webcrawler Agent is now available on every plan, including Pay as you go. You no longer need a monthly subscription to start an agent run.

What changed

• Agent runs are charged from your subscription credits first, then from your prepaid balance.
• Model selection is open to all accounts, not only subscribers.
• A run still needs enough balance to cover its max_spend_usd, otherwise the request fails with a payment required error.

Pricing is unchanged: you pay the per-page rate of your plan plus LLM tokens consumed during the run. See the pricing docs for details.
